Look for auto body shops that take pride in their appearance by keeping a clean, up to date and organized facility. When a shop doesn’t keep their office and work areas clean they are openly expressing a lack of care for the details. Also, make sure you look at their licenses and certifications. See if their shop is endorsed by the state of California as a Class-A shop. A Class-A shop has met strict requirements for equipment and training.
